About Manish Jain

Manish is a Principal Research Director in the CIO practice. In this role, he focuses on developing research related to digital business strategy, digital transformation, and digital journey mapping.

He is a seasoned digital leader with 17 years of experience in formulating technology strategy, architecture, and design and executing digital agile programs. He has helped banking, credit rating, and life sciences clients in solving business problems and unlocking new opportunities through digital frameworks and technologies.

Besides leading several digital transformation solutions in corporate development roles, he also led the BFS Business Unit Strategy, Global Sales Strategy & Operations, and the post-merger integration of the sales function.

With a bachelor's in computer science and an MBA in strategy & finance from IIM Ahmedabad, Manish is also a certified cloud professional and an Agile practitioner.
