Oracle UI is very simple and basic goes well with most users but the beed for advanced features like chat bot etc is missing . costing has also been an issue .

Ease of use and User friendly
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cost is high , Implementation is difficult unlike other SAAS based software , enhancement and integration is sometimes challenging
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you properly analyse if it fits your landscape if you are looking to transform other areas go with other powerful ERP tools available in market which looks far more promising . If you have a well established IT team you can go for it .
