About Randi Amaral

Randi Amaral is Vice President of Member Services with Info-Tech. She’s responsible for working closely with the account management team to ensure the company is delivering a consistent service experience to members.

She is focused on driving growth by ensuring sales directors and account representatives are continuously looking for ways to improve and leverage the value proposition for Info-Tech members.

Randi has been working with Info-Tech since 2006 and has performed many roles across the organization including sales, onboarding & training, sales management, and marketing. Currently, Randi is the executive sponsor of Info-Tech’s “Women at Work” committee where she has committed to being a strong role model by bringing awareness and legitimacy to the program.

Prior to joining Info-Tech, Randi held various sales roles and was a general manager at many GoodLife Fitness locations.
