About Shawn Gibson

Shawn Gibson is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Info-Tech Research Group. He is a strategic partner who collaborates with all departments and divisions to ensure business success and employee experience are our top priorities. He leads and supports all aspects of Human Resources including Operations; Talent Acquisition; Employee Engagement; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Learning & Development; Employee Relations; and more.

With over five years of combined tenure with Info-Tech, Shawn has held a variety of roles in operations, management, and executive leadership. Shawn’s in-depth knowledge and experience with the company allows him to develop and implement HR strategies that align and complement the overall business strategy.

Shawn is a proud alumnus of Western University and has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational effectiveness.
